I am an experienced operations and programme management professional with 20 years’ of experience supporting clients to plan, design and deliver large and challenging initiatives. Since joining the firm in 2008, I have worked across the intersection of the private and public sectors on a range of services aimed at helping clients grow their businesses and supporting the public sector to deliver high quality efficient initiatives that meet policy objectives.
I currently lead our public sector major programmes team within the public services advisory practice. My work involves interpreting policy aspirations, designing interventions, mobilising and delivering large-scale programmes.
Day to day, my time is divided between implementing our growth plans for the major programmes offering and working with my clients. Depending on the stage our engagements are at, I may be planning or delivering the mobilisation of a programme with internal and external teams, preparing for or attending client meetings to update on our work or meeting with a potential new client to understand their requirements.
Knowing that my work is an opportunity to make a real difference in peoples’ lives motivates me to ensure that our team is known by our clients and in the wider market for excellence. Some of the work I am most proud of is the mobilisation of the £240 million GrowthAccelerator service and the evaluation of the legacy of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Outside of work, Executive MBA studies keep me busy. As I near the end of the programme, I am looking forward to getting back to travelling to new places, taking breaks from London life with walks in the countryside and resuming my role as an Alumni Review Panel Member for the University of Toronto’s Pearson International Scholarship.
