Carl Parker

I focus on supporting clients through a transaction, whether buyside or sell side to maximise transaction value and manage potential risks. 
 
I have over 20 years’ experience advising UK and International private equity, large corporates and entrepreneurs in the Business Support Services (BSS) sector. 

I lead the national Transaction Advisory Services team’s focus on BSS and I am part of the sector steerco for the wider firm. 
 
I support businesses and investors on financial due diligence matters within BSS sub-sectors including; built environment, education services, skills and training, recruitment, professional services and consultancies. 
 
As well as my sector focus, I also have extensive experience working with large and international businesses to carve out non-core assets. Examples include; Pearson divesting of several international courseware businesses in multiple jurisdictions and the City & Guilds London Institute divesting of its commercial operations.  

Outside of work I spend my time with my family in the South East of England, where I enjoy exercising, spending time on the golf course, watching sport and coaching the local rugby team for my son’s age group (too old to play now!).
