As an Associate Director in our transformation consulting team, I provide advisory and hands-on support to clients throughout their transformation life cycle. This support can be the result of a change in organisational strategy, regulatory change or changes driven from the macroeconomic environment.
Many of our clients find delivering transformation alongside the day-to-day a challenge. We help them to achieve tangible and sustainable outcomes. This usually involves supporting clients to shape, enable and deliver change at pace, in line with their wider strategy. Transformation offers a number of interlinked services that can meet the needs of clients wherever they are on their transformation journey.
Having started my career in our audit department where I completed the ICAEW ACA qualification, I have good knowledge of business operations and financials. I apply this to my work within transformation which can involve anything from target operating models to complex programme mobilisation and management.
I've worked with clients across numerous sectors including retail, financial services, food and beverage, professional services and the public sector. Whichever sector our client is in, the most important thing is to take the time to listen and gain real-world insights into their issues in order to provide the right solution to help them achieve their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, usually centred around food. When I have the opportunity to go back to my home in Yorkshire, I enjoy nothing more than a long walk in the surrounding countryside.
