I am a Chartered Accountant and became an audit partner in 2003, a role I still maintain today. I have worked across a variety of different sectors, but specialise in working alongside clients that are private equity backed, privately held or listed on AIM.
I have held a number of leadership roles and was appointed to the (SLT) in April 2018. My current role on the SLT is as head of markets and clients, which includes leadership of our marketing, client feedback, brand and business development capability, alongside all aspects of client on-boarding, financial crime compliance, regulatory and legal activities. I am passionate about supporting an inclusive culture to enable all of our people to have the opportunity to work alongside the business and make a difference.
Outside of work, I spend as much time as I can with my family and friends, and I try to keep reasonably fit through playing squash, tennis, running and going to the gym. I am married to Karen and have three young daughters, so I am heavily outnumbered at home which gives me the perfect excuse to relax and unwind away from the day job.
