As a qualified accountant and insolvency practitioner, I have over 19 years’ experience as a restructuring adviser supporting lenders, corporates, and other stakeholders primarily in the UK mid-market. I'm highly motivated and known for my collaborative and 'hands-on' approach to deliver commercial and practical solutions to help clients navigate through periods of uncertainty and change. I focus on supporting businesses and their stakeholders across all stages of their lifecycle, undertaking targeted funder due diligence, accelerated sales processes, and strategic options reviews.
I work across a variety of sectors and have recent experience in industrial and manufacturing, automotive, oil and gas, and business services, and facilities management. Having gained invaluable experience through a secondment within an asset-based lender (ABL), I now lead our national ABL advisory practice – working with lenders and corporates on pre-lend advice, independent business reviews, strategic options, and debt refinancing.
Outside of work, I love nothing more than spending time outdoors with my husband and daughter.
