I am a tax partner in Financial Services Tax, specialising in advising banking, fintech and credit fund clients. My experience spans financial services, large corporate and international tax, including treasury tax, compliance and transaction tax, allowing me to provide joined up advice across the full client lifecycle.
I specialise in providing a commercially grounded tax compliance and advisory experience for banking, fintech and credit fund clients. I advise on UK and international tax matters, with a particular focus on technically complex and fast moving areas such as the UK QAHC regime and Pillar Two. Recent projects include supporting clients through Pillar Two readiness and implementation, advising credit funds and asset managers on structuring and compliance under new UK regimes, and working with fast growing fintech groups as they scale internationally. I work closely with clients to deliver clear, practical solutions that reflect both regulatory requirements and real world business priorities.
When I am not at work you’ll find me parenting, reading, and/or playing my violin in one of several local amateur orchestras from chamber music to opera!
