I'm a Managing Director co-leading our economic consulting team. I have 15 years' experience supporting corporates, regulators and governments, and their legal advisors. I help my clients understand the economic impacts of major projects and policy changes; regulatory economics; competition economics and disputes; and pricing, funding, and financing.

I've been appointed as an expert witness in the context of major disputes and have worked across multiple industries, including transport (especially rail and aviation), water, energy, and digital markets. I have advised clients in the UK, continental Europe, the Middle East, and Australasia.

I work in London, but live in Wales with my wife and our two wonderful children. Outside of work, I love hiking and cooking. I'm passionate about Wales and the Welsh economy, and am a fellow of the Institute of Welsh Affairs.
