I'm an associate director in our enterprise applications team, with extensive experience in Oracle solutions, digital transformation, and governance frameworks. I specialise in helping organisations optimise operations through ERP implementations, cloud migration strategies, and robust governance and control structures.
My background includes:
- enterprise technology consulting – Driving ERP, HCM, and EPM implementations for large-scale organisations
- programme leadership – managing complex transformation programmes with a focus on risk management and compliance
- governance and controls expertise – designing frameworks that enhance operational resilience and regulatory alignment.
I have a pragmatic and outcome-focused approach to digital transformation and adoption. My current focus is on financial and professional services, but I bring experience across a wider range of sectors. I've helped develop a series of accelerator frameworks to help clients deliver compliant solutions at pace, across adoption, controls and applicant tracking modules.
Most recently, I've supported the IT professional services business, Endava, to optimise their Oracle estate following an initial implementation beset with significant shortfalls in configuration and functionality.
Outside of work, I'm a keen supporter of Celtic FC, and football-ground hopper.
