A global information services leader sought to provide customers with greater confidence in the integrity of its service controls through independent assurance reporting. It needed credibility across multiple regions, guidance through the attestation process and to meet evolving customer expectations.

The challenge

The company was facing growing pressure from key customers to provide formal attestation reports that verified the effectiveness of its internal controls. These reports had to align with regulatory and assurance expectations across both the EU and USA, creating a complex compliance landscape.

How we helped

We guided the company through the requirements of ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000/SOC 2 standards, carefully mapping the most relevant controls to the operational environment. Through a structured readiness assessment phase, we laid the foundation for successful Type 2 reports that met both regulatory expectations and customer demands.
