The programme focuses on the philosophies of coaching and core coaching activities: contracting, advanced listening, and questioning based on neuroscience, and models and theories of coaching in the workplace. Throughout we look at deep emotional intelligence. Coaches are equipped with a toolkit to respond to diverse scenarios.

This programme is designed for current or aspiring coaches who provide one-to-one coaching in a professional environment.

One you’ve finished the programme, you’ll be fully qualified to coach in one of the following roles:

Participants will develop the essential skills to become effective coaches, including:

Entry requirements 
Eligibility can vary depending on the requirements of the individual employer, but typically includes:  Three A-Levels or equivalent (including GCSE English and maths) OR Significant work experience. To apply for this programme you must be employed in a relevant role. 
Delivery 
Online live teaching and performance coaching, professional workshops and work based projects. 
Assessment 
Learners are assessed through a mixture of exams, written projects, and presentations. 
Fees and funding  
£5,000. Fully funded by the Apprenticeship Levy.
