Participants will  gain practical, high-impact skills that help drive transformation and innovation.

Who is this programme for?

These courses are designed for professionals at any career stage who want to build expertise in business analysis, digital tools, data, and generative AI. They’re ideal for:

  • new talent or early-career professionals aspiring to roles in operations, analytics, and business improvement
  • mid-level professionals, including analysts, business improvement specialists, and operations or product managers
  • transformation and change professionals, such as project managers, change managers and transformation project management officers (PMOs).

Training courses

Managing Business Transformational Change

This course focuses on the core concepts of business analysis and change management. It includes frameworks for business analysis and guidance on how to implement business transformational change effectively.

Data Essentials

Learners will develop a foundation in business data and digital landscapes, including:

  • data modelling, analysis, and visualisation
  • storytelling with data
  • data literacy development
  • systematic evaluation of data-driven business models

You’ll also be taught how to create interactive dashboards using Power BI or equivalent tools.

Modeling Business Processes

This course introduces the fundamentals of business process modelling within an organisation. It includes:

  • tools for developing process models
  • strategies for assessing and refining current business processes
  • methods and tools for improving efficiency and effectiveness

 

Applied GenAI for business transformation

Discover how to leverage generative AI (GenAI) to transform business operations. We’ll cover:

  • applying GenAI to automate and streamline operations
  • learning prompt engineering techniques
  • maximising GenAI capabilities securely
  • understanding ethical and legal considerations in using GenAI for business transformation
