I'm a director leading our CFO solutions team. I've spent the last 15 years supporting finance leaders and their teams through specific periods of challenge and change. My experience covers large corporates, and dynamic mid-market and private equity-backed business. I really enjoy getting under the skin of a complex client need and finding practical and creative solutions to problems – building strong and lasting relationships along the way. Although sector agnostic, I'm heavily involved in our manufacturing and automotive engagements, including our Formula 1 working group.
I've run projects providing finance placements into clients’ finance functions to support them through numerous different challenges – from navigating challenging year-end processes and external audits through to events that place significant stress on finance functions, such as business separations and deal completions within private equity. Some examples of recent projects are:
- large scale remediation and audit support for a high growth USD 1 billion fintech business
- cross-team service to support business separation and deal completion for a UK subsidiary of an international asset management group
- facilitating shareholder exit for a EUR 1.5 billion renewables company
- resource augmentation for a top 10 European law firm going through significant finance projects
- acquisition integration for a PE-backed international education group.
Outside of work, I enjoy nothing more than spending time with my family, and exploring the world. I've completed a number of long-distance cycles, triathlons, and runs, and am a long-suffering Arsenal season-ticket holder. I'm also an an advocate for men's mental health in our firm, having spent a number of years volunteering for Samaritans, including serving as a trustee for Central London Samaritans.
