I'm a Level 4 qualified financial adviser and senior manager in our regulatory advisory team, alongside being a mortgage and equity release adviser with over 12 years' experience in financial services. I specialise in leading large-scale complex risk and regulatory programmes, with a particular focus on redress and remediation programmes and past business reviews. I've also worked on multiple regulatory compliance programmes.
Close to half my working life has been spent at one of the UK's largest high street banks where I was responsible for leading regulated complaints teams, and running in-house redress and remediation exercises.
I've held a broad set of roles – from leading teams on a large-scale complex regulatory remediation programme to leading the regulatory design for a complex mortgage programme. I've provided regulatory SME support on multiple regulatory programmes and have spent time undertaking compliance assessments technical policy reviews.
When not at work, I’m kept busy supporting my young family. In my spare time, I enjoy various sporting interests, from running to watching Formula One.
