I am a qualified Insolvency Practitioner and qualified accountant in Grant Thornton's Insolvency and Asset Recovery team. I specialise in investigating, formulating and managing fraud and civil claims in an insolvency context.
I deal with personal and corporate contentious appointments including liquidations, bankruptcies and court-appointed receiverships. My work involves detailed investigations and making use of powers granted to insolvency practitioners under statute-to-obtain files, records, and information from third parties, with a view to identifying potential claims to pursue for the benefit of creditors.
I also have recent experience of working with financial institutions, corporates, and lawyers, in enforcing non-performing loans and judgments. This work involves coordinating enforcement and asset recovery strategies across multiple jurisdictions to recover hidden and misappropriated assets to maximise financial recoveries for stakeholders.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling and spending time with my family.
