I’m an Audit Director in the South of the UK, leading audits across our varied client base. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients throughout my career, from listed companies through to owner managed businesses, but have since focused by efforts on international growing private equity or privately-owned businesses.
I have a special focus on US reporting requirements and have extensive experience with cross border engagements. Such projects propose significant differences in GAAP, auditing requirements and cultures, which can cause challenges in financial reporting and corporate governance. I enjoy working with my clients to provide high-quality actionable insights which last beyond the audit process, driving value creation and protection.
Having started my career through an internship with Grant Thornton, I have been committed to the firm throughout my career and am now based on the South coast. Outside of work I enjoy sailing, motor sports and exploring the New Forest but often have to put some of this on hold to look after my young family who keep me busy. When I'm not out and about, I enjoy listening to music and experimenting with cooking new dishes.
