I'm a partner in our business risk services practice, where I lead our insurance internal audit co-source solutions and oversee our financial services external quality assessment (EQA) and quality assurance (QA) offerings.
With over 25 years in professional services, I bring deep expertise in risk management, compliance, internal audit, internal controls, and corporate governance. I manage some of our most significant and complex insurance internal audit relationships and have held senior leadership roles across a wide range of client engagements — including acting as head of audit for organisations with outsourced internal audit functions.
I’m recognised for helping clients strengthen their control environments and governance frameworks, while also transforming and expanding their internal audit capabilities through strategic advisory and delivery excellence. My experience includes leading internal audit transformation programmes for major financial institutions, covering audit strategy, governance, methodology, reporting, and management information (MI), as well as talent and resource development.
I’ve delivered numerous EQAs for global banks, insurers, and asset managers, and have led Section 166 Skilled Person Reviews focused on internal audit effectiveness. I’m passionate about helping internal audit functions evolve to meet the demands of an increasingly complex regulatory and risk landscape, and I work closely with clients to build resilient, forward-looking audit capabilities that deliver real value.
Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, cooking, and discovering new destinations through travel.
