Katy Jacks

I'm an associate director in M&A focusing on healthcare, including life sciences and pharma. 

I joined the firm in 2018, and since 2021 have been providing both buy-side and sell-side advisory to entrepreneurs, founders, corporates, and private equity clients.

I'm passionate about this sector as it's full of genuinely innovative individuals and businesses, who generate positive results for patients and users. 

Our team works with shareholders and investors across the full healthcare and patient lifecycle: early-stage drug development and research, pharma support services, clinical healthcare, hospitals, social care, and community healthcare. We also work with businesses in health tech and medical devices.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends in London, where I'm based. And as a keen runner, you'll often find me training for something.
