Chris Stefani

I am the Chief Financial Officer and am a member of the Strategic Leadership Team. In this role, I oversee the firm’s financial operations, with a focus on supporting the firm’s growth.

I joined Grant Thornton UK in November 2025, having previously worked as CFO at DWF and, prior to that, in a number of finance function roles in the UK and Ireland for EY.

I am a specialist in performance improvement in professional services, finance transformation and profit improvement. I have extensive experience in advising executive boards on all aspects of financial management and control, and the development of financial reporting and analysis mechanisms.
