I am an Audit Director based in Manchester, working with fast‑growing entrepreneurial and owner‑managed businesses. I look after a diverse portfolio of clients across sectors and geographies, from consumer led owner managed businesses through to national organisations such as the communications and energy ombudsman. 

Before returning to Grant Thornton, I spent several years working in industry for two private equity‑backed businesses. That experience on the other side of the table shapes the way I work today. It gives me a practical, grounded perspective and helps me build relationships that feel collaborative, commercial and genuinely supportive. 

Alongside my client work, I play a leadership role in Entrepreneurial and SME services resourcing across the UK. I focus on making sure our people are supported, well utilised and able to collaborate effectively, especially during busy periods. I also represent the UK on the Entrepreneurial and SME services UK and Global People Boards, helping to align and strengthen how our UK and India teams work together. In addition, I lead the Audit Indian quality control team, mentoring colleagues overseas and supporting their development and integration into UK delivery teams. 

My approach is centred around strong relationships, cross border teamwork and enabling people to grow. I lead client proposals and commercial discussions, ensuring we deliver high quality audits that balance insight, efficiency, compliance and ethics. I am passionate about developing our future leaders and helping teams deliver their best work. 

Through my client delivery, leadership roles and involvement in global collaboration, I focus on adding value, driving growth and creating meaningful impact for the businesses and people I work with.
