I am a Transfer Pricing Director with over 25 years of tax and transfer pricing experience, gained primarily through senior inhouse roles across the financial services, engineering, and consultancy sectors. I partner with global businesses to design, implement, and document robust transfer pricing policies, and I support organisations through complex business restructurings and transfer pricing enquiries involving HMRC and overseas tax authorities.
With deep expertise in operational transfer pricing, I enjoy helping clients translate policy into practice so that intended commercial and tax outcomes are achieved consistently and effectively.
I work with businesses of all sizes across a wide range of industries—including food & beverage and distribution—and I pride myself on taking a pragmatic, flexible, and solutions focused approach tailored to each client’s needs.
Outside of work most of my time is spent with my husband and two boys – usually either in a muddy field watching them football or a slightly less muddy field watching them play cricket! I also love a good puzzle, board game or escape room.
