Grant Thornton UK’s North West Corporate Finance team completes three M&A deals in three days

Grant Thornton UK’s North West Corporate Finance team has successfully advised on three significant transactions in just three days, reinforcing its position as a leading advisor in the mid-market mergers and acquisition (M&A) space. 

The deals include the sale of Liberty Group Holdings to Acquisan Limited, backed by private equity firm Westbrooke. The transactions also include the sale of H. Mears (Furnishers) Limited to All Interests Aligned AG, and the sale of HB Accident Repair Network Limited to Precision Repair Group, which is backed by private equity firm Sun Capital. 

With combined enterprise values exceeding £75 million, these deals underscore the firm’s ability to deliver results under tight timelines while maintaining a client-first approach.
