Chris Stefani appointed CFO and Partner at Grant Thornton UK

Grant Thornton UK is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Stefani as partner and Chief Financial Officer. 

The Chief Financial Officer position is a new role at Grant Thornton UK and Chris will also become a member of the Grant Thornton UK Strategic Leadership Team and take up an observer role on the firm’s Board, supporting the firm’s strategic ambitions and financial resilience. 

Chris brings with him a wealth of experience in financial leadership across professional services. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, he served as CFO at international law firm DWF, where he played a pivotal role in the firm’s IPO, its time as a public company and its transition following private equity investment.

Before that, Chris worked for seventeen years at EY, where laterally he was Finance Director of EMEIA Advisory. He also held Head of Finance, Finance Director and CFO roles whilst there.  

Commenting on his appointment, Chris Stefani said:
