Located at 8 Finsbury Circus, our new London office represents a bold step forward, where we’ve reimagined what a workplace can and should be.

We could have taken the traditional route of a standard office relocation – buy some new furniture and replace equipment. But instead, we chose to lead with intention and ambition, setting ourselves key sustainability and accessibility targets to make a space that works for our people and the environment.

Guided by our values we’ve created a space that not only reflects who we are today but also supports who we aspire to be. We can’t wait to welcome you.

How we made our values real

1

Environmental impact

Our office has achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and an EPC B rating, demonstrating our commitment to reducing our environmental impact.

During the design and fit-out, we tracked an 82% reduction in embodied carbon and reduced water use by around 25% compared to similar office refurbishments.

2

Reuse and donation

We reused over 1,700 pieces of furniture, including:

  • 650 workstations
  • 650 task chairs
  • 391 meeting chairs

100% of existing furniture from our previous office was diverted from landfill by being reused or donated.

Wellbeing

The office is designed with our people in mind, featuring spaces like a reflection room, multi-faith room and wellness rooms.

We’ve created different zones for varied purposes, including a quiet room and a focus room to support different ways of working.

4

Social and community impact

Our commitment to the community is reflected in contracting 70% diverse suppliers and 78% local businesses.

We’ve donated hundreds of items we no longer need to Waste to Wonder, benefiting local charities.
