Our Service Management team plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of excellent IT services by the Information Systems department across the firm. This is achieved through the operation and continuous enhancement of our Service Management System, maintaining our ISO 20000 certification, and contributing to the upkeep of our ISO 27001 certification.
In this role, you will support the team by administering the Service Management platform that underpins our customer support portal and request management system and assist with administrative tasks related to the team's operations.
A look into the role
As an IT Service Management Assistant in the Information Systems department, you will:
· Support the Change & Release Manager with the administration involved in new initiatives and other release types
· Handle requests for new users and support groups in the current IT Service Management tool
· Help ensure timely updates to change, release, and problem records
· Follow up on the progress of actions resulting from post-implementation, post-incident, and other discussions
· Support with the logistics and arrangements around the ISO 20000 certification and surveillance visits
· Support with activities required to migrate the firm to a new IT Service Management (Case Management) tool · Help migrate supplier relationship documentation from Livelink to SharePoint
· Take an active role in the organisation and execution of operational discussions
· Have the opportunity to grow your network, expand your knowledge and develop your skillset in IT Service Management
