You will work as a part of the National Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team to provide efficient and reliable administrative support, assisting the teams in the processing of tasks to ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operation in respect of compliance and client related service delivery. A look into the role


As a TAS Operations Assistant within our TAS practice, you will:

  • You will take overall responsibility for the Client and Project journey for the TAS team, from client acceptance and take on, through to completion and knowledge capture stage
  • Start new client acceptance and take on procedures whenever TAS pitches for new work
  • Liaise with overseas and UK teams to clear conflicts
  • Assist with completion of independence requirements and documentation
  • Draft Letters of Engagement and Hold Harmless letters and issue for signature via DocuSign to both internal and external signatories;
  • Update and maintain the CRM system with active opportunities and confirmed wins;
  • Ensure all versions of documents are saved in the relevant folders and are in line with Quality and Risk Management guidance;
  • Close down files accordingly, including initiating the relevant marketing processes

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a TAS Operations Assistant, the minimum criteria you’ll need is administrative experience within a professional services firm. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • Experience of Microsoft tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Good communication skills and demonstrating an ability to build relationships with a variety of people
  • Strong organisational skills
