Graduates

Whether you join us in Audit, Tax or Advisory, our three-year programme will take you from graduate to professionally qualified, opening up a world of opportunity for you.
Of course, studying and working at the same time can be tough. But if you're working hard and delivering the focus and quality we expect, we’ll be working just as hard to back you.
Over your three year programme you'll::
- Pack in lots of learning and new experiences, as well as studying for your exams.
- Help us provide high quality business advice to clients all over the world.
- Gain cutting-edge skills and knowledge working on a variety of exciting projects.
- Interact with senior business figures early in your career.
- Enjoy being part of a dynamic global firm driven by independent thinkers.
We have a flexible approach to entry requirements, and we don't ask for certain degrees to have been studied. We’ll consider these alongside your strengths, motivations and potential.
Our graduate programme covers three years, of studying alongside working. You will spend this time learning alongside gaining real-work experience, putting into action what you have learnt.
Our structured development programme will supported you to achieve professional accountancy qualifications including ACA, CTA and CA, fully funded by the firm.
Are we right for you?

Your future starts here
We're now open for applications for our 2026 graduate and apprentice programmes.
We want to make the way we recruit at Grant Thornton inclusive for anyone who wants to apply. So, if you need them, we’ll make reasonable adjustments to any stage of our recruitment process. This could be adapting the format of the application form, for example, or adapting the way we interview. To request an adjustment, or discuss the options, contact us at traineerecruitment@uk.gt.com or call one of our offices and ask to speak to a member of the trainee resourcing team.
