How we work

We have a trust-based way of working, driven by responsible people who have the best interests of our firm and our clients at heart. This helps us all feel equally valued and included, able to achieve even more than we thought we were capable of in work, and supported to live life to the fullest outside of work.
Our 'How We Work' policy and framework ensures that when we are making choices about how, where or when we work, we have the support and tools we need to ensure we do the right thing.
We understand that flexible working means something different to everyone. It’s more than just being able to pick your children up from school or being able to work from home once a week, and the flexibility that people need changes throughout their careers with us.
We explored what flexibility means to different people across our firm, and how flexibility in where, how, and when we work helps us all to deliver the best results for our clients.
Our flexible working policy
We encourage our people to explore, within their teams, how they can work in a way which allows them to be at their best, deliver high-quality work and meet their responsibilities in and outside of work. Many flexible working requests can be managed informally through our How We Work framework and policy, but we understand that at times a more formal arrangement is needed. This is where our flexible working policy comes in.
Under our flexible working policy our people have the immediate right to request a flexible working arrangement, whether that's part-time hours, condensed hours or term-time only, we are happy to discuss how different options would work for you, and your team.
