At Grant Thornton, we’re not standing still. We’re building something bold — a firm that’s growing in size, capability, and ambition.

Our journey from great to exceptional is well underway, and we’re looking for partners who want to shape what comes next. With significant investment behind us and a clear strategy for growth, there’s real momentum. Whether it’s expanding our services, deepening sector expertise, or entering new markets, there’s space here to build — and to lead.

Why join us?

We're a firm that does things differently. We prioritise people – both our clients and our teams – within a human-centric high performing culture. We seek out diverse perspectives and never shy away from challenging our clients to do what is right – for them, for their communities and for society. As their partner or challenger, you will empower clients to go beyond their expectations.

What does this mean for you?

Joining Grant Thornton as a partner means more than a title. Here, you’re a key voice in shaping the future. You’ll feel the difference from day one. Your business plan matters. Your ideas matter. And how you bring them to life will have a direct impact on the firm’s trajectory.

We’ve built a culture where partners are empowered to lead with intent, collaborate across service lines, and connect the dots for clients. It’s a place where you can make a real difference - to your clients, your team, and the firm. You’ll be part of a leadership community that’s strategic, human, and bold - not just professional.
