Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our growing Digital Tax Consulting team. This role sits at the intersection of tax, data, technology, and consulting, supporting clients by designing and delivering practical digital tax solutions that improve how tax functions operate.

As a Senior Associate, you will take ownership of defined areas of delivery on client engagements, combining hands-on digital tax work with responsibility for producing high-quality, client-ready outputs. You’ll work closely with managers and peers and play an active role in supporting junior colleagues through review and day-to-day guidance.

The role requires strong analytical capability, a structured approach to delivery, and the confidence to operate independently within a collaborative team environment. You will be expected to apply technology pragmatically, manage your responsibilities effectively, and contribute to consistently high standards of delivery across engagements.

What you will do

  • Own delivery of defined digital tax workstreams, including managing timelines and outputs

  • Build, run, and improve digital processes, dashboards, and automations

  • Analyse data and translate findings into clear, structured, client-ready deliverables

  • Review junior outputs and provide constructive, practical feedback

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency through digital solutions

  • Confidently manage priorities across concurrent projects, providing clear communication to stakeholders, escalating issues proactively, and maintaining momentum to achieve successful outcomes

  • Apply an inquisitive and questioning approach to client engagements, constructively challenging the status quo, supporting process improvement initiatives, and embracing new and emerging technologies to drive better client outcomes.

  • Assist in managing engagement risk and quality by applying relevant policies and procedures, maintaining appropriate documentation, and supporting compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory expectations.

It would be great if you also had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way:

  • Practical experience using AI-enabled tools to support analysis, automation, or insight generation

  • Exposure to tax, finance, or regulatory processes and related data workflows
