Our Audit & Assurance specialists help business to meet regulatory demands, protect their reputation and inspire trust and confidence through transparent reporting. Audit is one of the firm’s largest services lines and has entered an ambitious phase of growth with a focus on the FTSE 350 market, as well as maintaining our success in the mid-market across our Audit specialities, including Financial Services, Pensions and Public Sector. This role plays a key part in supporting Audit’s marketing function and growth objectives, by delivering targeted activity through campaigns, insights and events that strengthens our market presence. You’ll be part of a supportive Audit Go-to-Market Team including colleagues from Business Development and Strategic Pursuits. A look into the role


As a Marketing Executive within our Audit practice, you will:

  • Work directly with the Audit Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution and optimisation of the strategic marketing plan for the service line, understanding the commercial priorities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Audit’s various offerings and be able to articulate them simply and effectively.
  • Have oversight of production for agreed deliverables within timelines and budget.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows and performance, using data and insights to report on ROI, optimise activity and inform future demand generation initiatives.
  • Work with marketing operations colleagues including the digital, automation, and content teams to deliver integrated demand generation activity across owned, earned and paid channels, including website, social, campaigns, events, webinars thought leadership and sales enablement content.
  • Coordinate audit-focused events and webinars, including technical briefings and executive roundtables.
  • Support the creation of articles, videos, case studies, social content and reports ensuring all content aligns with firmwide messaging and audit-specific requirements, working closely with audit specialists.
  • Work with business development colleagues to ensure propositions are effectively taken to market and that they have the marketing support they need to deliver on targets.
  • Be a champion of marketing best practice, ensuring the right advice and outcomes for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the broader Markets and Clients function and senior stakeholders to effectively develop and implement initiatives to support them in meeting their objectives tailored to specific target audiences.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all materials adhere to consistent guidelines.

Knowing you’re right for us

Joining us as a Marketing Executive, the minimum criteria you’ll need is experience in B2B marketing within professional services and to be a strong communicator who is confident managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines. This role is suited to a proactive marketing professional who is confident in day-to-day delivery, comfortable working at pace and takes pride in doing the fundamentals well, while continuing to develop strategic capability under senior guidance. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • You’ll have a demonstrable background in delivering impactful marketing activity, including content creation and event management
  • You’ll be a creative, analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo
  • You’ll be educated to degree level, or equivalent
  • You’ll have familiarity with demand generation, campaign automation or marketing technology platforms, alongside CMS and CRM systems, and understand how they support pipeline and growth objectives.
  • You’ll have strong planning and prioritisation skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • You’ll be comfortable using AI‑enabled marketing tools to support content creation, campaign optimisation and performance analysis, alongside CMS and CRM platforms.
  • You’ll be a confident self‑starter with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • You’ll have experience working with suppliers and partnerships
