How is the programme run? 

Our HR business-partnering programme is a series of immersive face-to-face workshops run over three consecutive days, with a blend of practical exercises, reflective activities, and role play.

Participants will also receive an Insights Discovery psychometric profiling assessment, which includes the report and 1:1 feedback on the outcomes.
