We are delighted to have advised Yospace Enterprises Limited on their sale to RTL Group.

Yospace’s technology solution facilitates targeted advert insertion into live and on-demand video content on any connected device.

The shareholders of Yospace were approached by a number of potential buyers and wanted advice in respect of the offers received, and help with concluding a transaction. The company provided a high level of strategic value to all parties they were approached by.

We provided advice to the shareholders aimed at maximising value from the parties that had approached them, using the competitive tension to drive up and sustain a strategic price for the company.

We ran a discreet and focussed process, negotiating the many levels of approval needed in the purchaser’s global group. Despite a protracted process, the strategic value offered by RTL Group, was maintained.
