Total Vehicle Solutions Group Limited (“TVS”) backed by Elaghmore LLP comprises of several complementary high-end, specialist manufacturing firms delivering solutions for the commercial and industrial vehicle industry.
Wilcox had received interest from TVS and the sellers acknowledged the strong commercial fit between TVS and Wilcox.
We project managed the process from start to finish, including but not limited to negotiating and increasing the offer through a strong understanding of the business and its sector, which included the changing market conditions due to COVID-19.
In addition to negotiating a favourable offer for the sellers, we continued to lead negotiations to maximise shareholder value throughout the process (such as detailed analysis over the business’ working capital requirements) and resolved complex issues arising out of due diligence to ensure a seamless transaction.
