Alpine Fire is a specialist provider of active fire suppression systems. The business supports its clients with system design, project management, installation and maintenance of suppression systems across multiple end markets, working directly with end-customers as well as sub-contracted partners.
The business holds a leading position in the warehousing and logistics market, which has grown rapidly in recent years. Soho Square Capital (previously ESO/Core Capital) invested in the business in 2018, supporting the management team’s expansion plans and ambitions to drive growth.
WestBridge supported the secondary buyout of the business, being attracted to Alpine’s niche sector, continued growth story, and strength of management team. This provided an exit for Soho Square Capital.
