Based in Essex, Seetec became one of the largest employee owned companies in the UK in 2019. In 2021, Seetec was successful in winning a number of contracts as part of the governments Restart Scheme. This along with a number of other opportunities resulted in a requirement for more capital as the business looked to accelerate growth in light of market opportunities.
We assisted Seetec in preparing a business plan, leading negotiations, supporting the legal drafting process and project management of the fund raising to completion.
