We are delighted to have advised LDC on their investment in Cleveland Containers Limited.

Cleveland Containers is the UK’s leading nationwide supplier of new and used shipping containers for land-based use, supplying standard and modified shipping containers for a variety of end uses including storage, hospitality venues, portable offices and site accommodation for sale or hire.

We advised LDC throughout the transaction by providing comprehensive buy-side support including; project management, deal structuring, exit review, assisting the management team in the preparation of an investment ready business plan supported by a fully integrated financial model.

We also provided financial and tax diligence services on behalf of LDC.

The team was selected on the back of our strong buy-side credentials and the strength of our existing relationship with LDC, arising from previously successful transactions.

The team successfully navigated through various industry specific issues to engineer solutions that achieved the right result for all stakeholders.
