Computer Service Centre Ltd is a highly accredited managed IT support, hosting and digital service provider. Founded in 1997 in Norwich, the business provides enterprise class IT solutions to businesses whilst also providing software development and consultancy services to clients.
In a targeted process, leveraging our extensive sector insight, a competitive process was run, with interest coming from both private equity and trade buyers before selecting Acora as the preferred acquirer.
We project managed the sale process from start to finish, leading negotiations to maximise shareholder value and resolving issues arising out of negotiations and due diligence to complete the transaction.
