We were appointed by Agathos to provide debt advisory services to support their investment in Hunter Healthcare, based on our extensive experience in the human capital sector.
Our debt advisory team shared an information package with lenders on the 27th September and within a week our team had introduced Close Brothers and a range of different lenders to the management team. Following a highly competitive process, exclusivity was granted to Close Brothers a week before completion.
We worked closely with Agathos to operate to tight timescales as well as negotiating a bespoke suite of covenants.
The final debt package entered into with Close Brothers not only met our client’s needs on this transaction but also offers support with its working capital needs on an ongoing basis.
