I advise clients on various aspects of , including devising, documenting, and implementing transfer pricing policies. I specialise in thin capitalisation, transfer pricing policy planning and intangible property transactions.
I have spent over 14 years working in transfer pricing, advising a range of clients, this has included start-ups, private equity and privately owned businesses, as well as large listed businesses (outbound and inbound). I enjoy helping clients with solutions that are risk-aware, transfer pricing compliant, commercial, and pragmatic. Working with a wide range of colleagues I am cognizant of the impact that transfer pricing may have upon other forms of tax, which is crucial to provide quality advice and support to clients.
Outside work, I like running and hiking. Reading has always been a passion and you can always find me with a book in my hand.
