As an experienced consultant specialising in business performance optimisation and strategic business planning, I have worked with global clients across multiple industries and sectors, delivering projects which focus on strategy development and implementation, and performance improvement grounded in data analytics.
I co-lead our business performance and planning team within business consulting. Since joining the firm seven years ago, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients on complex, high-stakes projects with results being reflected in the bottom line.
I have led multiple business performance optimisation projects to help clients to reduce their costs, refine pricing strategies and therefore enhance their margins. Using sophisticated data analytics and a problem-solving mindset, I have helped clients to make substantial, data-informed decisions which have resulted in improved business performance.
My focus has been within the renewables sector, specifically tailoring business plans which are grounded in the strategy of the business, bringing together all functional requirements. Having done multiple projects in this sector and completed the BatteryMBA, I am trusted by clients to play the role of a ‘critical friend’. This has put them on the front foot when it comes to stakeholder management, seeking funding and conducting due diligence.
My approach is to work ‘with the client’, not do the project ‘to the client’. This work style enables knowledge sharing, smooth and impactful implementation, and quicker results. I believe in building strong relationships with clients. By working closely with them to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, I can develop customised solutions that deliver real business impact.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors hiking or skiing. My passion for adventure and exploration is reflected in my work, where I constantly seek out new challenges and opportunities to help my clients succeed.
