I am an experienced Clinician with extensive knowledge of the public healthcare sector through practice as a Physiotherapist and healthcare Policy Advisor.
My role in the healthcare team primarily involves working on clinical strategy and consulting, advising on clinical service reviews and service redesign projects to improve quality.
After a period as a healthcare policy advisor in central government I joined the firm to help organisations deliver transformation programmes and improve patient services, as the NHS focuses on local system level service delivery and design through Integrated Care Systems.
I began my clinical career as a physiotherapist in Australia, working with multidisciplinary teams to support patients with complex clinical presentations, before moving to the UK and joining the NHS as a respiratory physiotherapist.
This frontline experience across acute, rehab, community, and mental health settings drives my commitment to improving public and population health, tackling health inequalities, and championing health equity.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me shooting goals on a netball court. I love to travel and use every opportunity to take full advantage of being geographically closer to the rest of the world.
