As a director in the employer solutions team, I am passionate about advising my clients on the three key areas of:

employee reward and taxation, such as flexible benefits, total reward and employee engagement
global mobility (advisory and compliance support with respect to internationally mobile employees)
equity reward (incentivisation of staff through equity such as share options)

Within this, I lead a great team of global mobility specialists across Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds, assisting employers to manage the complexities of cross border taxation and social security. I enjoy advising businesses of all sizes on aspects of international employee mobility, including tax policy, process, compliance and consulting.

I can confirm that I really do spell my name ‘Davyd’ (pronounced ‘David’), borne out of my parents’ desire to put a ‘y’ in all the names of their children. I have not continued the tradition for my three boys, Luke, Daniel and Benjamin!
