I'm an actuary with around 20 years’ experience in the life insurance sector. I bring extensive experience in with-profits management from years spent working at the Financial Conduct Authority, in industry for a large life insurance firm, and as a consultant.
My work also covers complex insurance transactions, such as the regulatory scrutiny of multiple Part VII transfers and a transfer of engagements, and transfers of annuity business between funds. I’ve also been extensively involved in the review of Schemes of Arrangement, from both a regulatory perspective and through acting as independent peer reviewer to the Independent Expert.
Systems development and system migration is another area of expertise. I've managed significant IT developments to legacy systems and also led the calculations workstream during an administration systems migration programme.
When not working I like to play netball, hike and travel.
