As an advisory specialist and programme manager in our talent solutions team, within people advisory, I support organisations on talent and skills planning with a particular focus on apprenticeships and leadership development.
I programme manage our partnerships with Cranfield University and Activate Business School, delivering programmes to over 2,000 people from 500 organisations on Level 3 Team Leader to Level 7 Senior Leader, respectively. I support organisations scope and identifying their talent requirements for leadership development moving through to programme design, implementation and review.
I’m a London Apprenticeship Ambassador and provide guidance to employers on apprenticeships, including on behalf of sector bodies in travel, retail, finance, construction, local government and the education sector.
I’m passionate about the apprenticeship space and supporting organisation to set up programmes. We’re lucky enough to see fantastic examples of organisations achieving more through their people every working day. They do this by offering better quality job roles, experiences and development opportunities, capitalising in the funding for apprenticeships at every level.
In 2019, the team won Most Innovative Client Service at the Managing Partners’ Forum, recognising their approach to awareness raising on apprenticeships and developing co-designed, co-delivered development programmes in accountancy, leadership and management, and coaching to further support organisations.
Outside of work, I keep active going for long walks and bike rides. I once had ambitions to be a chef and still like experimenting with new cuisines and techniques. I ski (very badly) and try improving on that when I can, while remaining in one piece!
