I joined the firm in 2016 to head up the business development activities in the investment management sector our financial services group. Within this role I work across our audit, tax and advisory teams to develop new business opportunities. I support our individual services lines and help them take propositions to market by assisting them with proposition development, marketing, events and client engagement.
I also manage several external relationships with trade bodies, educational institutions, and law firms to raise brand awareness and highlight our internal capabilities.
As I primarily work with our audit, tax, regulatory and business risk teams, I encourage cross sector and cross line of service activity within the group. I engage with the investment management sector and regularly attend client scoping meetings and discussions around the regulatory landscape and the operational impact this has on firms.
I have worked on the publication of our UK Regulatory Handbook and project managed this internally alongside our marketing team. The guide covers all the relevant regulatory developments impacting financial services and has been distributed externally to trade bodies, law firms, educational institutions, and our international network.
As part of my wider role, I also act as a bridge between the financial services group and our other teams across the firm. I have worked closely with partners across various groups including financial crime, cyber and restructuring on proposition development and client engagement.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, yoga and travelling.
