I am an experienced financial modelling professional with over 19 years' of experience with a background in engineering complimented by an MBA and a qualification in accounting. The engineering provides me with a solid foundation to understand new technologies while the accounting provides the financial understanding to support our clients needs.
I currently lead our modelling engagements in the infrastructure and real estate sectors. Both infrastructure and real estate assets are being sought by investors for long term stable returns. As the UK moves towards a net neutral carbon footprint there is a drive to moving towards renewable energy – I am passionate about delivering financial models to support transactions and valuations of renewable projects and have mainly focussed on solar, wind (both onshore and offshore) and reserve power.
Our financial models are robust, user-friendly and easy to understand, allowing our clients to focus their time and attention on other aspects of the transaction, with a clear understanding of the financial returns from their investments.
Outside of work, much of my time is consumed with my family but when I can I try to get out on my bicycle – having completed both the London to Paris and London to Brighton rides twice to raise funds for charities.
