As CEO, I see my role as keeping our clients at the heart of everything we do, creating an environment in which our people can thrive and ensuring we continue to have a strong social conscience.
In April 2018 I was appointed to the as head of mid-market (London), focusing on growing our mid-market service offering, embedding our London identity and delivering our purpose. My previous experience includes the roles of global head of recovery and reorganisation, head of transactions advisory and head of restructuring.
In addition to my leadership roles, I have been a restructuring partner for many years. My role involved working with both management teams and lenders, not just at times of distress, but also when guiding them on future strategy. I have a particular interest in the automotive and professional practices sectors.
One of the most interesting parts of my client-facing role has been playing a full part in our professional practices group – the group which advises other professional firms. This has involved helping firms through the full business life cycle. And I look forward to bringing this insight into the CEO role.
