I am a banking professional with 15 years' of experience across corporate banking, retail banking, payment operations and group executive functions.
I support our internal audit team to co-source services for banks and payment institutions, focusing on challenger/neobanks, inbound branches and UK subsidiaries of international banking groups.
Before joining in 2019, I led the account switching service for a challenger bank. I spent several years at a large banking group, co-leading material bank projects and blue-chip corporate accounts in a global bank's London and New York offices. I have led projects and teams, typically cross-border, to deliver corporate account management, regulatory engagement, regulatory reporting, development of compliance frameworks and large-scale remediation activities.
Alongside my banking roles, I have also led the policy work for an industry body representing over 200 overseas banks in the UK, producing guidance, supporting regulatory engagement and developing executive training for thousands of practitioners in the UK and abroad.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing squash, supporting Gillingham FC and fundraising for St Francis Hospice.
