Grant Thornton and Cass Business School launch executive programme

Leading business and financial adviser Grant Thornton UK LLP is proud to announce a new collaboration with Cass Business School, the world-class education institute, to introduce an innovative executive programme.

Combining Cass’s academic expertise and Grant Thornton’s commercial experience, the six month programme is designed for senior executives and entrepreneurs who are looking to fine-tune their leadership skills for the fast-paced digital world.

Over three experiential masterclasses the programme equips participants with the theory and tools to meet the most important areas of modern leadership; leading digital transformation, strategic decision-making for leaders and leadership communication. Integrated into the programme is professional, impartial coaching sessions where participants are matched with qualified and accredited coaches based on their experience, skills and goals. The one on one coaching is bespoke to each participants’ leadership journeys, allowing them to embed the learning and explore opportunities and challenges in a safe and confidential environment.

Following completion of the programme, participants will join an exclusive executive group by receiving Cass Executive Education alumni status, offering a host of further benefits and continued learning opportunities. The inaugural cohort are due to start in November 2018.
