I am head of our public company advisory team and have over 23 years' experience in the field of public company and equity capital markets. During this time I have provided advice on company flotations on AIM and the Official List (premium and standard), acquisitions and disposals, reverse takeovers and public company takeovers.
I am the chairman of the AIM Advisory Group at the London Stock Exchange, a group that provides input and advises on all matters affecting the operation and regulation of AIM.
I act as expert witness on equity capital markets related matters and have been retained by the FCA, the City of London Police and the Crown Prosecution Service.
I have sat on the (POB), the primary governance body for Grant Thornton UK LLP, since July 2016 and am a member of the risk and audit committee, the remuneration committee, and chairman of the investments committee.
When I’m not working, I can be found spending time with my family in Guildford where I enjoy cycling, walking, and gardening.
